It’s better in a union-and on a t-shirt!

This morning, Gallup released a new Labor Day poll showing that 70% of Americans approve of labor unions—nearly our highest level of support since the 1960s.

That’s because the American people know: It’s better in a union. Workers in labor unions make 18% more in wages than our nonunion counterparts. We are more likely to have health care benefits. We work in safer workplaces. And we have more job security—even and especially in moments of economic crisis. 

So, get a new T-shirt to tell the world: It’s better in a union! And look out for more items to roll out in the next few weeks and months.
