Hudson County CLC Labor Walk Schedule

As union members know, labor is on the line in the upcoming governor’s race. The right to workplace safety regulations, to collectively bargain, and to organize should never be in jeopardy for union members, and yet every day, these fundamental rights and freedoms are under attack from the highest levels of government. We must work together to ensure that New Jersey continues to have a pro-union governor and pro-union legislature.
Jack Ciattarelli has a long record of supporting Chris Christie and corporate interests that undermine workers. At the same time, Mikie Sherrill has stood with us every single time, with a 100% AFL-CIO voting record and unwavering support for organized labor.
We urge you to continue to volunteer with your Central Labor Councils and hold meaningful face-to-face conversations with your union brothers and sisters. Working together, we will elect Mikie Sherrill as Governor, Dale Caldwell as Lt. Governor, all endorsed legislative candidates, and 46 union members to public offices across our state. Voting begins on September 20 and concludes on Election Day, November 4.
We respectfully request that every local union provide volunteers to each Central Labor Council between 8:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. beginning on the dates listed below and each Saturday following through Election Day. Please contact the CLC President or Labor 2025 Coordinator with any questions. Click here to download a PDF of the dates and locations of the labor walks.
